Previous experience within Customer Service,Transport or Distribution is preferred.

You will start in planning and progress from here:

- **Planning duties involve**:_

Planning/routing

Driver debrief - excellent communication required

Tachograph analysis

Resource allocation

Communication

Damaged goods procedures

Knowledge of legislation

Paperwork handling

Fuel management

Compliance management

Any other relevant duties
- **PERSON SPECIFICATION**:

- Degree in business, logistics, analytical or economics related fields
- Outstanding initiative
- Excellent work ethic

- Confident communicator
- IT literate, with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have full driving license and own transport
- Ideally local to the Tamworth area or live within 25 miles

**HOURS OF WORK**:Monday to Friday during training, could progress to 4 on 4 off.

**SALARY**:£24,000 - 26,000 strong progression to progress salary

**HOLIDAY**:25 days per annum, after 3 years entitlement increases by 3 days
