Their electric bikes and scooters have powered 400+ million rides in 250+ cities on 5 continents, replacing an estimated 100+ million car trips. profitable year in 2022, becoming the first in the industry to reach this milestone.

As they tackle this ambition, they seek a London-based Partnerships and Events Coordinator on a 4 month
contract, with potential to extend to a longer-term role. This person will report to their Senior Operations
Manager (UK&I) and will cover many bases across all of their markets in the UK&I outside of London,
which includes Milton Keynes, Manchester, Nottingham and Derby. This role is a great opportunity to be
at the centre of shaping the future of mobility in the UK and Ireland.

What You’ll Do:

- Partnership Development - Identify, cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses, community organisations, government agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
- Event Planning & Execution - Develop comprehensive event strategies to meet specific goals, such as rider retention, brand building, and community engagement.
- Relationship Management - Nurture existing partnerships and proactively seek out new partnership opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
- Operational Support - Support operational compliance through brand building activations and communications; creating communication calendars, planning the delivery of local events, capturing content, organising logistics and brainstorming new and proactive ideas to engage with their riders.
- Market Expansion - Support research and provide suggestions and content as we look to expand in other UK cities.

About You:

- You recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree, or have 2-3 years working experience.
- You exhibit a can-do attitude, no task is below you.
- You have excellent communication and writing skills.
- You’re a well-organised individual who can work independently and prioritise efficiently with tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.
- You have a passion or interest in sustainability and micro mobility.
- You are happy to travel to different markets across the UK on a regular basis.
- Any experience within operations, communications, marketing, policy or event planning would

be a great advantage.

**Salary**: £14/£16 per hour depending on experience.

You will be working 45 hours a week, 9 - 6 on weekdays (can be flexible if required).

You will be expected to work from the London warehouse, SE16 3LP/ any future locations.
