About the Role

The Event Crew Lead position is pivotal to the successful delivery of events across our services.

Crew Chiefs are responsible for driving company vehicles, trailers and maintaining the fleet. You will also be expected to supervise, lead and motivate crew.

Main Duties & Accountabilities
- Responsible for driving vehicles to and from different event sites and supervising crew members.
- Completion of vehicle, equipment and site checks.
- Takes ownership of tasks and leads crew team in successful delivery of events.
- Supervises and supports on-site team, loading and unloading process at our main depot.
- Responsible for on-site communication with the customer and ensures SLAs met for on-site setup targets.
- Assists with Operational support when requested.
- On occasion, act as a key holder for main office and yard.
- To ensure that all event attendees and stakeholders are safe and adhere to H&S regulations.
- To promote and embed Catch22’s and LES’s vision and values in local service delivery.
- Complete all necessary tasks required within the designated event role and type. These include, but not limited to the erection of marquees, tents, staging and fencing.

Required qualifications/skills

**Qualifications**
- Full UK Clean Driving Licence
- Knowledge of event set up including tents, marquees, fencing
- 2 - 3 years of similar role experience
- Experience of supervising a team
- Proven excellent customer facing interactions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management
- Strong English verbal and written communication
