Therefore, you must be able to multitask & adapt quickly. You will also be involved in coordinating & delivering key deadlines & business development projects across the company.

Each year, you will also head up the coordination of our new RCR Exclusives dress designs, working with the creative team to implement ideas & roll them out through our factories & suppliers. You don’t need any experience around fashion & design, but you do need excellent attention to detail & drive.

As the UK’s Largest Dress Specialists, you will be responsible for meeting the deadlines of 1000s of customer orders. You must be deadline-driven, capable of problem solving, driving results, & ensuring everything is delivered on time and accurately.

During our peak season, from September to May, your main focus will be on customer order placement, fulfilment, & liaison with factories & suppliers. Outside of our peak season, you will be heavily involved in projects, business development & peak season planning.
