The Role:
- Handle and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Stock and transport PO reconciliation
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Maintain and update financial records
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Contribute to the achievement of the department's objectives
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Experience of stock control / reconciliation within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to use own initiative
- Excellent work ethic and 'can do' attitude
