As our Reward and Benefits Business Partner you will be the person that makes everything seem effortless for our teams Looking after everything from Private Medical Insurance, annual benefit P11D reporting, Team Member Discount, Life Assurance, Recognition Schemes, our wellbeing calendar & our Loyalty Club celebrations. Working closely with the team to make sure we’re efficient and timely in our administration whilst continually looking for ways to improve processes. Managing relationships with our suppliers, ensuring we’re getting great value and service.

**Here's the exciting bit a day includes**

Working closely with the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager on various projects.

Maintaining great relationships with all Benefit providers.

Being the point of contact for query escalation.

Asking for feedback and listening to our teams, keeping our reward offer competitive and relevant.

Using our internal communications tools to bring our great benefits to life across all our business units.

Arranging webinars and informative sessions for our team members.

Working closely with key internal stakeholders to understand the current trends impacting our teams and understanding how we can support.

You enjoy researching, recommending, and implementing new benefits across UK, ROI, Jersey and IOM.

You understand how the Reward and Benefits function works within a retail organisation across multiple business units.

You have strong attention to detail.

You have developed the ability to meet the needs of team members whilst supporting the People Strategy.

You are motivated by a fast-paced team who love to do great things right.

You get satisfaction from team member feedback and making a difference.

Are great at negotiating the right benefits with current and future providers.

**What you’ll need**:

- A strong track record of managing projects
- Experience within Reward & Benefits function including legislative knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- A good entry level understanding of Auto Enrollment pension along with insights to typical queries would be a real plus.
- Experience in managing and influencing Internal stakeholders at a senior level.
