This role involves welcoming visitors to the company and organising client meetings and rooms as required for both internal and external meetings. Arranging rooms and ensuring that all required equipment is in the room and ordered on time. Liaision with external businesses to arrange an additional equipment.

Providing an excellent client experience to customers across the board and taking pride in going the extra mile for the visitors and internal customers.

You will ideally have worked within a similar role previously and be able to work under pressure as well as having an organised approach to work and a great eye for detail.

Hours of work are office hours with some flexibility.

As a business they offer 25 days holiday, travel/parking loan and private medical insurance to name a few
