**Appointment Setter/Admin - West London**

The company work with the latest technology to provide Smart Home Automation and Home Cinemas within Luxury and High End Domestic properties in and around London. With customers including Celebrities, Footballers, Company Directors and more, their portfolioof work is growing larger by the day as their reputation continues to grow. The Appointment Setter is a new role for them and is also looked at as being one that will be integral to the company's growth and success

**Role Description**
- Make outbound calls to customers/future customers to find availability between their availability and the Sales team availability
- Set up meeting for Sales and Design team to meet with customers
- Send confirmation of appointment to customer
- Liaise with team on further availability if needed
- Make changes to appointments if necessary

**Specifications**
- Must have experience in administration work
- Ideally have experience in setting up appointments
- Strong telephone experience with a confident and professional talking manner
- Organised and flexible with the ability to approach different types of tasks during the working day.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Competent to a high level of computer literacy.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written, being able to communicate with internal and external persons.
- Demonstrate a professional, always enthusiastic & committed approach.

**Salary**:

- £22,000 - £27,000 basic salary (Depending on experience)
- Excellent benefits

- Progression and promotions from within
