Digital Consultant - Public Sector

HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

We are currently working with our client to design and implement a target operating model to transform their function from a project to a product led organisation.

As part of this you will help drive changes on processes to drive efficiencies across a number of areas:

- Developing a Digital Learning & Skills Strategy to position the organisation at the forefront of digital education and career development for our client.
- Aligning closely with the central Digital Skills/Strategy Teams to ensure cohesive strategies and effective collaboration in delivering this service.
- Creating a curriculum, learning pathways & career pathways for the Digital Academy & DDAT Professions, grounded in current best practices in digital learning.
- Launching and assessing a pilot program to validate and refine the newly developed curriculum and operational approaches.

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

- Demonstrated experience working as a Digital Consultant in a consulting / corporate environment.
- Experience with outsourcing and portfolio delivery.
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Learning & Capability/Training strategy (specifically Digital/Data)
- Digital/Data Career knowledge Operating Model/shared service expertise

NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience working in Public Sector / Central government.
- BPSS / SC clearance
