**Job description**:
Do you have a passion for travel and tourism? Then why not join our Executive/VIP team at our office in Exeter. Representing, the UK’s busiest hub for International Travel.

**The Perks**
- City centre location right opposite the bus station and a short walk from Exeter Central; Station.
- Salary £11.54 per hour And weekly Pay
- Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00 - Weekends are included but not every weekend.
- Permanent Contract 37.5 hours per week.
- Start Date: 24th April 2023

**Day to Day Responsibilities**:

- Provide a high level of service to all clients
- Ambassador for the Heathrow brand and vision
- Ensure that a seamless journey is arranged for our clients
- Confidently resolve all queries/complaints and provide positive outcomes for all clients
- Organising suites/special requests on arrival/personal shopping experience
- Drive customer satisfaction and enhance the Client brand

**About You**:

- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to negotiate workloads and a good time manager
- Ability to work on own initiative and still remain part of the team
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and spoken communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident individual with customer service experience, preferably in an online retail environment
