**JP Corry is recruiting for a Trade Counter Salesperson to join the team in Bangor**
- This is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for 6 months, with the potential for extension._

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interactions, whether that be on a face to face basis or over the phone. Who is driven and enjoys working towards increasing their business's revenue and who wants to take a step in building a career within a leading company.

**Day to day roles and activities**:

- Varied mix of customer / account management and commercial focus.
- You’re expected to be hands on involved with the sales counter, dealing with customers face to face & over the phone to build a business pipeline creating a good picture of the market.
- We can provide you with the product knowledge needed, however we need you to bring with you the right drive, determination and understanding of how to maximise on sales opportunities.

**What do you need to be successful**
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, drive and resilience
- This role will involve cash handling so being trustworthy, accountable and responsible is a must.
- Flexibility to cover and help in different areas of the branch during absences and busy periods or as required.
- This is a great opportunity to diversify your skillset as well as learn new skills.

**Hours of work**

Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5pm, Friday 7:30am to 4pm, alternate Saturdays 8am to 12pm
