**The Role**

We are looking for a talented and ambitious salesperson to join our team, you must be a team player and a people person who can quickly build rapport with our customers. The role involves calling potential customers to schedule demonstrations of the Specifi software and in due course giving demonstrations and closing sales. Maintaining relationships and working to ensure customers are satisfied with our service and software is a key, and an ongoing part of the job. This is a critical role within Specifi and one with exciting opportunities for growth and professional development as we expand our team.

Having recently launched in the USA the role will be focused on both the UK/Ireland and the USA market, meaning after training and onboarding the daily hours will be 1pm to 9pm. The role also requires attendance at trade shows in the USA and UK throughout the year which again provides a great opportunity for professional development and valuable experience.

We are looking for someone with a sales background, preferably with SaaS sales experience. You must be passionate, ambitious, and hard-working. You must be able to adapt to dealing with the nuances of different cultures as we deal with many.

**Essential Criteria**
- **Sales background**
- **Experience using CRM packages such as Zoho, Salesforce etc**
- **Experience in working with targets**
- **Confident on phone**
- **Experience in cold-calling**
- **Confident in face-to-face sales**

**Desirable Criteria**
- **Experience in SaaS**
- **Experience in the AV industry or other tech-trade industry**

Working Hours
1pm -9pm Monday to Thursday

11am to 7pm Friday

We will offer an attractive salary, uncapped commission, private medical, and regular social events including pool competitions and company lunches every month. Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
