**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation: Develop creative and inspiring content that aligns with the charity's mission and values, including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, infographics, videos, and other multimedia content.

2. Social Media Management: Curate, schedule, and publish content on various social media platforms to engage with our community, increase followers, and drive traffic to our website.

3. Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials for online and offline use to support fundraising campaigns and events.

4. Video Production: Create impactful videos to showcase the charity's work, success stories, and fundraising initiatives.

5. Website Maintenance: Assist in updating and maintaining the charity's website with fresh and relevant content.

6. SEO and Analytics: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and monitor content performance using analytical tools to improve engagement and visibility.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

9. Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest content trends, marketing techniques, and fundraising strategies to improve content effectiveness.

10. Fundraising Support: Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas to support fundraising initiatives and donor engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Basic video editing skills and familiarity with video creation tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Passionate about social causes and eager to make a positive impact through content creation.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
