**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
As a Support Worker, you will support people who have learning disabilities, autism & mental health concerns with their daily routines. This is a nurse led service providing slow stream rehabilitation for adults with complex mental health needs. We work closely with the people we support to ensure that they are at the heart of all decision making. You will be joining an award-winning charity. This is an exciting role, where you can change lives for the better and enjoy brilliant experiences.
