**JOB TITLE: Financial Admin**
**LOCATION: Glasgow**
**CONTRACT: Temporary Maternity Cover - full time**

**ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE**
This is an exciting and interesting opportunity for an enthusiastic, competent individual to join the ABM UK Glasgow Team. This position is open to applicants with experience within an office environment who also wish to develop their people management skills whilst having the ability to work to tight deadlines.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Play a pivotal role in the closing of the month end invoicing.
- Assist in PO reporting for all UK entities.
- Maintaining internal financial monitoring and reporting for all Tag and Rebill procedures.
- Preparing and presenting PO reports
- Maintaining financial details to ensure legal requirements are met.
- Stock Ordering
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- A proactive approach
- People management experience (preferable)
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy of output
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in English both written and verbal
- Flexible, able to plan, prioritise and manage workloads
- Excellent record keeping skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
