**About the Role**:
As Business Operations Specialist for JLLT’s PM Technology, you will report to PM Technology’s Chief of Staff and play a key role on the operations team.

In this role you will help to support the planning and delivery of key projects, work with key stakeholders across the business to deliver operational improvements and manage business operations to promote smooth operations for our organisation.

You will be responsible for maintaining timely & accurate business reporting, owning incentive operations, vendor management, project management and driving operational improvements.

The Business Operations Specialist will have exposure to and serve as a strategic partner to all our functional teams to support them in driving the success of the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Managing incentive operations and owning the calculation of incentives for our sales team.
Supporting product vendor relationships and invoice management in partnership with Finance Operations.
Owning project planning & overseeing the project management of key projects.
Supporting in identifying opportunities to streamline operations with stakeholders across the business.
Creating, implementing, and optimizing scalable processes to streamline cross-functional operations.

**Effectively collaborate with cross functional teams including**: Sales, Finance, Product & Analytics to improve processes and increase knowledge and asset sharing.
Performing regular team audits to assess key efficiency indicators.
Tracking delivery of key project milestones.
Facilitating & cascading business-wide communications.
Providing written and verbal updates and reports to stakeholders.
Assisting teams with the creation, design, and submission of accurate and timely business performance reporting.
Support the analytics team in requirements gathering for business insights.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate and collaborate across many levels in the organization and with clients.
Must be highly credible in front of senior personnel. Represents ideas effectively with strong persuading and influencing skills, and powerfully communicates the value of our successes.
Strong project management, with a track record of identifying potential issues proactively and formulating solutions and contingency plans.
Strong skills in areas of organization and execution while being results driven - the ability to analyze, act, and implement to ensure desired results are achieved.
Getting results from ad hoc groups of disparate people is critical. Key stakeholders and collaborators are geographically dispersed.
Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives. Able to work independently and be a team player
Sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, tenacity, and the flexibility to operate independently in a fast-paced, unstructured environment. Needs to be a self-starter and hold the team accountable to deadlines and deliverables
Experience driving results amongst cross-functional teams, especially at senior and executive levels of an organization.
