The Corporate Finance team are driven to ensure SCW is a sustainable business, promoting accountability across accounts and services, whilst embedding a culture of robust financial awareness.

The Finance Business Partner will support Corporate Finance to be a high performing team and foster partnership working across our organisation.

You will be an integral part of your designated Service Lines management team, providing sound financial governance whilst supporting the operational goals of the organisation.

In gaining detailed knowledge of the services you will be able to quantify income and expenditure projections and how to interpret these to the benefit of the business. You will also support service lines in actions to address variances from plan.

Your business support will enable service leads to manage the financial aspects of their service in a dynamic financial environment, to identify and mitigate financial risks, and to exercise their delegated responsibilities appropriately.

The Corporate Finance team management account’s structure is by portfolio. The Finance Business Partner will lead a team who provide services to a designated Service Line(s) and play an essential role as part of their business support structure.

The Finance Business Partner role provides financial management support to the Transformation Team and the People, Workforce and Organisation Development Team.
