Starting Salary: £34,000 per year (OTE £45,000 from Performance Bonus)

We are expanding an exciting new division within our business, and are looking for three enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated Business Development Managers to double the size of our team. We’re looking for people who can track down high-potential leadsand convert them into webuyanycar suppliers. We really do buy any car.

What we need from you is dedication and motivation to approach potential business leads and convert them into revenue-driving suppliers nationwide.

The Role:
Our Business Development Managers report into the Head of Business Development, whose expertise is second-to-none, having been with WeBuyAnyCar since ‘Day One’.

Our BDMs are geographically spread to optimize networking and supplier coverage. They each drive our new business venture forwards with ambition and commitment. They proudly and confidently represent our brand to businesses and in turn manage to convertthem into dependable suppliers, opening up new revenue streams all the time.

You will often have time working alone and remotely so managing your own workload and client-base is crucial to your success. Although physically alone, you’ll have the support of a massive brand and web presence, with all the knowledge and support you couldwish for available at the push of a button

Essential Skills & Experience:

- A current full UK manual driving license
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Profficiency in Microsoft Office; and CRM software skills are a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A natural networker with fantastic rapport-building
- Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Flexible to travel across a significant geographic area within the UK, and willing to travel nationally as required

**_Ideally the applicant would have these key attributes -_**
- Previous experience in business development and account management
- Previous experience within the Motor Trade
- Confident in optimizing current accounts (c300) as well as hunting for new, safe business.
- Usual working week Mon - Fri although flexibility may be required at times including occasional weekend working.
- Must have a full UK driving license and have their own vehicle
