We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team and support our established and growing business in the jewellery industry. Our family-owned company has recently celebrated its 49th anniversary and the strong growth we have achieved in recent years makes this a very exciting time to join our team. Our recent success is largely attributable to our expanding portfolio of designer customers, which is a transition from our early focus on wholesale customers. The designers we work with are creative, passionate about what they do, expect excellent customer service, and demand high standards of quality and consistency in the goods produced from their designs.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Sales Director with administration and correspondence.
- Provide clear directions for customized product development to ensure that customer specifications are met.

Desired qualifications include**:Orgnalised aministrive skills and customer service experience**
- Personable and articulate, with excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to clearly describe product specifications in text and in drawings
- Reliable, organised, detail-oriented, trustworthy, self-motivated, eager to learn, patient, receptive to coaching & feedback, and a team player
- Marketing/social media experience would be helpful, but is not required

Hours: Monday to Friday: 6-8 hours a dayPay: £12.00 - £16.00 per hour, based on experience
Location: Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
Nearest station: Berkhamsted (office 0.4miles away)

**Salary**: Up to £16.00 per hour
