We are looking for a Local Health and Wellbeing Lead to enable autistic adults and young people to understand and support their own health and wellbeing, improving their Quality of life. You will plan and deliver group activities, work directly with people on a 1:1 basis and also work with staff teams to promote understanding of the benefits of healthy lifestyles for physical and mental wellbeing.

Proficient IT skills in order to support good record keeping will also be essential. Some travel will be required with this post.
