**About Our Client**:
This client are a well established manufacturing business with a great reputation (from both customers and employees).

Primary responsibilities in this role will be:

- Ensuring a smooth running from order to delivery and acting as a main contact throughout the entire process
- Liaising internally with multiple departments on behalf of your clients
- Regularly analysing your customers needs to anticipate work flows eg peaks etc
- Using and utilising a CRM system
- Building excellent relationships with internal and external partners
- Working with the wider teams to assist and support with workflow, covering holidays or joining the customer service teams with inbound calls during busy times

**The Successful Applicant**:

- A strong proven track record of providing an excellent customer experience to business customers
- E-Commerce, Manufacturing or Supply Chain business background preferred
- A positive and hardworking attitude with a history of thinking outside the box to exceed customer expectations
- Strong ability to work with CRM systems and other software skills such as order processing, billing and office

**What's on Offer**:
This role will offer you:

- The opportunity to work for a well know, well respected brand
- Office based - Monday - Friday working
- Around 28,000 - 31,000 is the starting offer however an increase on this may be considered depending on experience / training needs
