**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end bid process, including coordinating with various internal teams and stakeholders.
- Analyse bid requirements and develop comprehensive bid responses.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather necessary information for bids.
- Prepare and submit bid proposals within specified deadlines.
- Conduct research on potential clients and competitors to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Review and evaluate bid documents to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all bid activities and documentation.
