**The role - Key responsibilities**
- Work with the team to develop and deliver a Midlands regional action plan leading to short, medium and long term business development opportunities
- Support farm traders and agronomists both with day-to-day commercial enquiries and wider strategic support
- Work alongside the SOYL, Sustainable Crop Production, MyCompliance and Digital teams to deliver an aligned service to our colleagues and growers
- Work with Frontier colleagues to deliver a programme of grower workshop across the Midlands Region as part of the Regional Action Plan
- Provide training workshops for colleagues to ensure continued professional development is delivered as required
- Attend regional grower events/meetings as required to ensure the profile of the business is maintained/raised and learnings are feedback to the business
- Provide ongoing updates and business view of general policy developments
- Communication will involve face to face visits, meetings and presentations, as well as formal written communication and regular dedicated technical support to customers on the telephone.
- Assist with promotional activities for the Frontier Group of businesses at shows, events, external meetings etc
- Contribute to blogs, social media feeds and press articles
- Ensure that the business is involved/represented at a regional level with all applicable agencies/NGO’s

**Training Opportunities**

The opportunity to progress to the BASIS Certificate in Sustainable Land Management, FACTS etc as applicable will become available to meet the successful applicants training needs.
