Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated FinancialAdvisor to join our team in the United Kingdom. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for providing expert financial adviceto clients managing and growing their portfolios and contributingto the overall success of our financial servicesdivision.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessmentsfor clients to understand their needs goals and risktolerance.
  • Provide tailored financial adviceand recommend suitable investment strategies products andservices.
  • Manage and nurture clientrelationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop a deep understanding of financial marketsproducts and industry trends to stay informed and offer informedadvice.
  • Utilize a combination of warm leadscold leads and SelfGenerated Market Fund (SMF) leads to maximizeclient acquisition.
  • Effectively communicatecomplex financial concepts to clients in a clear and understandablemanner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieveoverall business objectives and contribute to a positive workingenvironment.
  • Keep abreast of industryregulations and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor inthe UK financial market.
  • Relevant financialqualifications (e.g. CISI CII or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of financial products investmentstrategies and market trends.
  • Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven.
  • Existing client portfolio or ability to build andmaintain one.

Remuneration:

  • 50000 basic salary.
  • 25%fee split on warm leads.
  • 35% fee split on coldleads.
  • 10% fee split on SelfGenerated MarketFund (SMF) leads.
  • OTE of 100000 andabove.

AdditionalInformation:

  • Bank ofclients will be provided.
  • Opportunities forenhanced commission splits on SelfGenerated Market Fund (SMF) leadswhen bringing in own clients.
