Roehampton Gate School are recruiting for a Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team now We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed individual, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support our young people.

Roehampton Gate School (RGS) is a school for young people aged 9 -19 with mild to moderate autistic spectrum disorders. Located in Roehampton, SW London, we aim to deliver the highest level of education and care according to individual needs in a safe, positive and structured environment.

**Main duties**:

- Planning and delivering therapy sessions with individual and small groups of children under the guidance of a therapist.
- Making materials and resources to be used in therapy, sourcing pictures online, using activity sheets etc.
- Making IT based resources e.g. visual timetables.
- Completion of administration tasks associated with therapy i.e. report writing, note taking.
- Contributing to reports where necessary.
- Organising training sessions and providing guidance and support for school staff
- Maintaining up-to-date records and tracking of pupil’s progress and provision.
- Attending and contributing to multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Feedback to tutors and Lead Therapists any assessments.
