Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting **Mobile Response Officers **to join our response team in Stoke-on-Trent.

**The successful applicant(s) will receive a £250 Welcome Bonus** (T & C's apply)**

**Primary Purpose of Job Role**

**Hours**
- 42 hours per week
- 4 on/off (nights)
- Regular overtime available

**Pay & Benefits**
- £10.25 rising to £10.50 per hour after passing probationary period

**Reporting To**:
Mobile Response Supervisor

**Role**
- To respond to alarm activations as/when dispatched by the Control Room and/or Mobile Security Supervisor
- To conduct foot and vehicle patrol on sites ensuring they are secure
- To lock and unlock client premises/sites at specific times
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Control Room and/or Mobile Security Supervisor
- To ensure all company policies and procedures are followed accordingly
- Ensure all documentation completed to a high standard on a smart phone company App.
- To ensure the safe storage of customers keys and alarm codes
- To maintain a good understanding of alarm panels, their operation and basic alarm panel fault investigations.
- To be smart and presentable, giving a professional image of the service at all times.
- To provide ad-hoc cover within the Control Room and on sites as/when required
- To undertake and fully satisfy all required SIA licensing and training requirements.
- To participate in effective shift handovers ensuring that staff taking over the shift are provided with all relevant information, including details of outstanding actions and jobs.
- ** To undertake such additional duties as are reasonably commensurate with the level of the post.**
- A current valid SIA licence (**minimum **Security Guarding) **is essential**:

- A full UK driving license** is essential**:

- Experience in a similar role **is essential**:

- An excellent communication and customer service skills **is essential**:

- An excellent command of English, both written and verbal **is essential**:

- The confidence and ability to deal with difficult situations (including those involving conflict) is **essential**.
- Eligible to work in the UK **is essential**:

- Have a 5 year verifiable work history **is essential**
