- First point of contact for students and parents
- Answering the telephone
- Monitoring the school entrance buzzer
- Delivering notes, messages and equipment to classrooms
- Data entry, filing and daily use of SIMS

**You will have**:

- Enhanced DBS - or update service number
- A good working knowledge of SIMS
- Polite telephone manner
- Smart presentation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
