Barbershop Receptionist

**The Wild Hare is hiring a Salon Receptionist**

Our stylish and contemporary barbershop, located in the heart of SW17, has been bringing the West End to Tooting Broadway since 2017. Now with a well-established and a great growing clientele, we are now seeking a Part Time Receptionist.

Our team of talented, friendly and motivated individuals have a wealth of high-end experience between them, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the phenomenal reputation The Wild Hare has now achieved.

**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Opening and closing the salon - will be a key holder
- Diary management: booking and rescheduling appointments, taking payments. Maintaining a well-kept and accurate booking system
- Retail sales and professional stock-taking
- Maintaining a confident, friendly and professional approach to ensure a fantastic and efficient customer experience is delivered at all times
- Delivering and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon at all times

**SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Effective in communication at all levels and delivering high standards of customer service
- IT efficient to carry out all administration duties of the salon - must be confident in using MS Office, Google Suite
- Enthusiastic and energetic, with a warm, open and friendly approach to welcoming clients
- Understanding of hair salons and how they operate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
