Oversee the operational management of RCCG Power of Jehovah, in line with the vision of values of members and Trustees church
- Ensure that appropriate resources are in place, and coordinated effectively to enable the vision to be delivered
- Oversee and develop the management and improvement of all church facilities in partnership with the pastoral team.
- Ensure that the highest standards are applied in our care for people who connect with the church.
- Work closely with the Pastor and church leadership in fulfilling and developing the vision of the church and playing an active part in enabling this to happen.
- Coordinate and manage church staff as well as responsible for volunteers working in the office
- Work closely with the Pastoral team in carrying out rolling maintenance and development program.
- Ensure, on a day-to-day basis, that the church and church office is adequately maintained
- Work closely with the Pastor and departmental heads on all safeguarding and DBS policies and procedures.
- Co-ordinate and plan church events
- Ensure that all areas of the church infrastructure (including the IT systems) function and are well maintained in a cost-effective manner
- Take responsibility for premises and administration budget
- Ensure the smooth running of all facets of the support ministry of the church
- Hold day-to-day oversight of health and safety, food hygiene, fire assessment, risk management and disability issues
- Maintain member database
- Take up other roles as may be deemed necessary by the Parish Pastor from time to time to ensure effective implementation of the church’s mission
- Ensuring that accurate and efficient financial processes are in place for the organisation, including preparing data for the financial audit and liaising with our accountants;
- Overseeing and monitoring all income and expenditure, including banking, issuing payments, monthly reconciliations.

**Salary**: £15,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
