This is a seasonal role until the end of October 2024. The contract is 780 annualised hours, where the number of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments. This role is predominantly based at the Giant’s Causeway, but you may be required to work at other National Trust sites.
What it's like to work here:Flanked by the wild North Atlantic Ocean and a landscape of dramatic cliffs, for centuries the Giant’s Causeway has inspired artists, stirred scientific debate, and captured the imagination of all who see it. Here at our award-winning Visitor Centre, we welcome over 400,000 visitors every year coming to explore the world-famous basalt and iconic coastline.
Who we're looking forThis job is about providing an excellent service. To be fantastic in this role, you’ll be required to have the following:
- relevant sales & booking experience.
- experience of answering and dealing with customer enquiries, card payments, administrative duties and keeping accurate records.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.
- able to multi-task, prioritise own workload and maintain confidentiality.
