Our client, a well established institute based in Holborn are looking for an HR Assistant to join their team. HR Assistant will be responsible for providing HR-related administrative and operational support to the HR team, as well as assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. This position requires an individual with strong HR knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

This is a full time, permanent role. This is a fully onsite role for the first 6 months. After probation hybrid working can be negotiated.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and onboarding new hires.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation and filing, performing research, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records, including employee files, personnel documents, and training materials.
- Assist with benefits administration
- Assist with the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all employees.
- Assist with the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**
- Two to three years of HR experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation & Benefits**

This is a contract position with competitive compensation and benefits

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
