SALES
- Demonstrates the ability to consistently follow The Promise and all company customer service standards.
- Engages customers and provides excellent customer service in order to meet or exceed assigned sales plans and target metric objectives within the assigned store.
- Enhances the customer experience by developing long-term customer relationship in alignment with the Company's sales processes and core values.
- Efficiently and accurately retrieves and receives product for our customers in line with store standards, whilst demonstrating the ability to enhance the sale by using add-ons, incentives, and alternatives etc.
- Accurately processes customer transactions, discounts, vouchers etc. at the point of sale as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
- Efficiently wraps or bags product for customers and personally walks each bag around the counter to the customer.
- Accepts returns professionally and encourages exchanges or alternatives where possible whilst always maintaining the customer relationship.
- Processes customer returns and exchanges with supervision from management.
- Performs employee discount and inventory control transactions with supervision from management.
- Opens and closes the point of sale and other devices.

PRODUCT
- Assists in proper product placement and consistent implementation of company’s marketing and visual presentation standards and directives.
- Sets up visual displays, arranges merchandise on the sales floor to promote sales as directed.
- Maintains the standards for the assigned zone throughout the shift.
- Maintains visual and marketing standards throughout the assigned area as directed.
- Correctly stamps, marks, or tags prices on product or product boxes as necessary.
- Ensures accurate display and product pricing throughout the assigned area as directed.
- Ensures shelves and end caps are stocked as instructed.
- Ensures displays, end caps and bins are set up as instructed.
- Sets an example by communicating professionally and engages customers by answering questions and sharing product features and benefits.
- Creates excitement and shows passion for the product by communicating relevant information about fitness and fashion to customers and other sales team members.
- Competent in accurately assessing product fit upon customer request i.e. measuring according to guidelines.

OPERATIONS
- Completes all inventory processes promptly and accurately as instructed, in order to limit losses and shrink.
- Documents any customer or employee incidents that occur in the absence of management.
- Assists with stock functions including stock processing, filling, and stocking racks, in-store inventories, moving walls of product etc.
- Completes verification of store funds when asked to do so i.e. cash drops, cashing up etc.
- Complies with policies and procedures at all times.
- Completes full store recovery as instructed, throughout the shift and at closing in order to prepare for the next day’s business.
- Cleans shelves, counters, tables, floors, and overall store as required including daily housekeeping to ensure the store is always visually appealing to customers.
- Completes change request orders as instructed.
- Reconciles end of day banking when requested.
- Responsible for keys to the store and completing the opening and closing procedures as scheduled.
- Completes the daily planner and ensures chat-ins and chat-outs occur during every shift as required.
- Ensures that the store is secured at closing (i.e. doors locked, safe locked, alarms are set).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT-
- You may occasionally be required to remain in a stationary position, reaching with hands and arms.-
- You are required to consistently move about inside the store to greet and sell to customers, arrange merchandise and inventory and clean the store, etc.-
- You will frequently communicate with customers, both in person and over the telephone, to meet, greet, serve and sell products.-
- You may frequently ascend/descend a ladder or step stool to access shelves, stock shelves, arrange merchandise, clean the store, etc.-
