Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Associate to join our team at FUJIFILM Sonosite. As a Regional Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting Territory Managers in your assigned region to grow the business by maintaining and acquiring leads, producing solid repeatable pipelines, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uncover new opportunities and follow up on existing sales leads and opportunities in the hospital, office setting, and surgery centers
  • Assist with local education and workshop events, including setting up models, generating sales leads, and packing up equipment
  • Attend national conferences when needed
  • Provide personal assistance with customer service and repair-related matters
  • Perform demos in small and/or rural accounts
  • Cover open territories within the region
  • Assist Territory Managers and Clinical Applications Specialists with large installs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • Inside sales experience
  • Track record of success - professionally or in higher education
  • Excellent organization skills (time and territory management)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Clean driving record
  • Highly competitive, willing to be coached
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be willing to relocate within the region within 14-18 months
  • Willingness to travel extensively up to 90%, including overnight travel, late evenings, and occasional weekends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Thrives in fast-paced and stressful environments
  • Able to lift 25lbs with or without accommodations

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $50,000 base + variable pay
  • Insurance: medical, dental, and vision; life and company-paid disability
  • Retirement plan (401k): 4% automatic company contribution; Fujifilm matches 50 cents for every dollar contributed, up to 6% of salary
  • Employee choice holidays: four (4) additional paid days off, based on date of hire in the calendar year
  • Paid holidays: eight (8) paid holidays per year
