**Room Leader**:
Location: Lambeth

We are currently working with a nursery in the Lambeth area who are seeking a Room Leader to join their team.

The Nursery is close to local transport links and easily accessible.

The Nursery has a small outdoor area and use of a soft play area.

The staff like to plan exciting activities including science experiments, woodwork, cooking, messy arts play as well as trips out of the setting.

**About the Role;**
- Leading a staff team, carrying out 1:1s and developing the staff within the room
- Overseeing the rooms planning, observations and record keeping.
- Be a Key Worker
- Being responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment in your room
- Ensuring the nursery policies and procedures are adhered to
- Building relationships with staff, parents/carers and the children

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Nursery or Childcare.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and helping them to reach their potential.
