**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Diary Management
- Minute taking/transcribing (when required) MUST HAVE EXPERIECNE OF THIS AND BE CONFIDENT WITH THIS
- Dealing with correspondence and responding as appropriate

**You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You'll have the following skills/experience**:

- Computer literate with advanced experience of working with all Microsoft packages including MS Teams
- Advanced keyboard skills
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous experience in similar role
- Experience either within NHS or extensive EA experience and experience at working at Director level
- HR Knowledge
