**Role Overview**

We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our busy Finance Team on a part-time basis, working 3 hours a day Monday-Friday.

Reporting to the Finance Transaction Manager, the postholder will be accountable for the whole purchase ledger process, from purchase orders through to invoices and reconciliation. They will provide an indispensable service to the finance team, underpinning the wider financial stability of the business through their robust processes and systems.

**What will you be doing?**
- Perform accurate 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Posting supplier invoices to the purchase ledger in an accurate and timely manner
- Complete supplier statement reconciliations.
- Dealing with discrepancies and problem solving.
- Be the first point of contact for all relevant enquiries.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
- A self-motivated individual, able to organise your time effectively.
- Effective communication skills, with a good level of written and oral English, to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to build a rapport with others.
- Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems is desirable
