About
Our client is the largest provider for family of care delivering domiciliary care, extra care, complex care and live-in care services across the UK and an industry leader.
The Role
They are currently looking for passionate and dedicated Regional Recruiters to join their team in London on a full-time basis. The roles will be integral to improve and sustain their brand visibility within the local community and to promote the business asan employer of choice.
Working individually with a number of branches circa 5, you will get involved in the local community, building working relationships with job centres, local colleges and more to build the attraction plan on hiring quality care workers.
The job is varied and will involve travelling to various branches in your region to understand their demand plans and support with interviewing, selection and on boarding new care workers.
This is an exciting time to join as they invest in new systems and operating models to really enhance the services we provide.
You will also have a fantastic team to work alongside who encourage staff to share new ideas and solutions to improve the hiring process of new Care Workers.
Healthcare or volume recruitment experience required in a busy fast paced environment with a proven track record in recruitment.
Highly organised with the ability to multi task and deal with constantly changing priorities.
Good computer skills with knowledge and experience of using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Database management experience preferably gained using an applicant tracking system
Take responsibility and ownership of tasks to ensure completion on time.
