**About us**

Segen Developments Ltd is an Oxfordshire based construction company, who specialise in all aspects of both residential and commercial building. We pride ourselves in producing high quality work, due to our range of skilled and dedicated trades.

We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter/Multi Trader to join our team, undertaking numerous building and renovation projects in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

**Requirements**:

- UTR Number
- Own van and Full Uk Driving Licence
- Own basic tools
- 4+ years experience in Carpentry (Must be competent in 1st & 2cnd fix Carpentry -Door hanging, Skirting & Architrave installation, Stud work, Roofing etc.)
- Must have multitrade capabilities. We undertake projects such as extensions which require building work in addition to carpentry and as such, we are looking for a hard working trade who is willing, able and experienced with putting their hand to various stages of such projects.
