Are you a Power Trader with experience in the UK energy markets looking for a step-up into a rapidly expanding company?

We’re working with an exciting business in the Renewable Energy industry who are looking for a Power Trader to add to their team.

If you’re a talented and passionate Power Trader who wants join a company who values trust, innovation and diversity above all else, this is the role for you
- 1+ years in UK power trading (either intraday or prompt markets)
- An understanding of the Balancing Mechanism and Frequency Response markets
- An understanding of storage economics
- Either coding or model building experience

**Responsibilities**:

- To optimise the trading of multi-million pound flexible energy assets
- To undertake commercial analysis of the companies contracts
- To identify improvements to the companies algorithms, tools and processes
- To help grow the global client-base though client interactions

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oxford, Oxfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
