Through internal promotion we are looking to add to our Just Eat Facilities Team working at our fantastic newly refurbished site.

Our story

We're looking for a Facilities coordinator to join our Facilities team here at Just Eat Takeaway located in Sunderland. In this role you will be responsible for Managing and ensuring the smooth, efficient running of all our many different Facilities on site.

All about the role

The role will involve working with the site based Facilities Team, day to day smooth running of the site as well as ensuring the site is a safe, secure and welcoming site to all the 800 staff based at site.The Role is office based at our site in Houghton Le Spring in the North East of England

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to:

- Execute all day to day operational activities.
- Order/purchase required Site supplies and stationary.
- Perform full administrative, and general office duties.
- Processing Facilities invoices using inhouse systems.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and suppliers.
- Execute all day to day operational activities.
- Perform maintenance activities within the location.

Can you deliver

Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

- Proven administration/facilities support or related experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of Managing Contracts.
