We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials within our facility. Your precision, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse or distribution center.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a forklift to move materials and products within the facility, including loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Transport goods to and from designated storage areas using proper handling techniques.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections of the forklift and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Ensure accuracy in recording and documenting incoming and outgoing materials.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

- Valid forklift operator certification/license.
- Proven experience as a forklift driver, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Strong knowledge of forklift operations and safety procedures.
- Ability to operate a forklift with precision and navigate through narrow spaces.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record and document information.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Salary**: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
