We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor role based at our site in Crawley. Reporting to our Supply Chain Manager.

You will be responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments, or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control.

In this role as Warehouse Supervisor you will ensure high quality of delivery performance to all customers, in accordance with ISO9001 requirements. This is achieved through coordinating timely and accurate receipt and storage of stock, picking, packing and despatch of orders and the completion of all paperwork in line with warehouse processes.

The position involves liaison with all members of the organisation, working particularly closely with the Operations, Sales, and Service Teams.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse operation
- Forklift truck license
- Intermediate skills in Outlook/Excel
- Logistical background
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
- Fluent English
