You will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities including smooth running of the offices and making Giacom a great place to work.

Our offices are a major part of the culture we want to create. The Facilities team sits within the People Team who are a friendly and hardworking bunch who love to have lots of fun. Facilities is an exciting department, it is not all about changing light bulbs and ordering stationary, every day is different, challenging and rewarding.
- ** Contract**:Part-time, 27.5 hrs p.w.
- **Working hours**:Monday to Friday, either - 9am - 3pm or 9.30am - 3.30pm.

**What you'll be doing**
- Maintaining records to ensure we are completely compliant within our facilities area, working with the Senior Facilities Co Ordinator to ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is carried out within the Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Managing the facilities ticketing system, to ensure speedy responses and resolution to hit SLA.
- Management of purchase orders, budgets, invoices, and accounts for the facilities function. Identify opportunities to improve and reduce environmental impact through sustainable practices and initiatives, in relation to our ESG Strategy.

**Your Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a facilities role would be great but not essential.
- Experience of working with internal teams, external contractors and suppliers with a fantastic eye for detail, ensuring we gain the best service, support, and price for our requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with skills in Microsoft packages.
