**THE ROLE**:
This role is designed to provide the post-holder with a rounded experience of different roles and duties within the Finance Department.
- Inputting daily banking information onto Dynamics, and allocating customer payments to relevant sales invoices
- Matching company invoices against relevant purchase orders, resolve queries and load invoices to Dynamics
- Raising sales invoices and sending to relevant customers.
- Assist with new maintenance contracts and customer queries.
- Assisiting the credit control team by chasing up outstanding sales invoices.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Good GCSE grades in English and Maths
- Good IT Knowledge
- Prior experience working in an office environment would be beneficial but not essential
- Good communication skills, and the ability to work within a close team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £15,000.00 per year
