**Job Title: Sales and Client Relations Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and complete cold calling campaigns in specific regions to maximise takeup of our programs within early years settings and other sectors as needed by the Operations manager
- Convert warm leads generated by external lead generation companies, social media, events and other avenues into sales.
- Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our apprenticeship courses.
- Conduct client surveys to gather feedback on our products and services, identifying areas for improvement and addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients. Using this to identify and drive further sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by securing a minimum of 40 - 50 new sales per month from cold and warm sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation including contributing to Socials.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and survey results using our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or education-related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
