We are currently seeking a Head of Procurement to join us on a permanent, full-time basis and lead the procurement strategy for our VisNet hardware products.

The Role

As the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of procurement and component sourcing for our VisNet hardware products.

Managing the VisNet supply chain, you will build strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to secure materials and ensure the steady production of equipment, enabling us to achieve targets in line with our business plans.

Alongside the management team, you’ll develop and implement improvements to procurement processes, define and set KPIs and regularly evaluate the VisNet supply chain.

**Your role will also involve**:

- Preparing business reports and forecasts
- Providing information on lead times and sales forecasts
- Preparing supplier contracts
- Reporting regularly on performance against objectives
- Representing EA VisNet at events
- Managing and developing the Purchasing Team

About You

**To be considered as the Head of Procurement, you will need**:

- Experience of setting strategy and driving procurement in a relevant sector
- Experience and understanding of complex contractual issues
- High level of technical written skills
- A proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets
- The ability to build solid business relationships at senior level with key suppliers
- The ability to grow and develop a team
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree, or equivalent
