We are looking for someone who is organised and logical to arrange responsive and planned maintenance works across the UK.
You will work closely with several of our internal teams, as well as our clients, to find the best solution to meeting contractual requirements, as well as providing the most effective service to our customers.
We will support your personal development with regular reviews and progression opportunities across the business.
**What is the role about?**
The purpose of this role is to ensure all our external technicians are utilised in the most effective manner based on their working locations and skills, as well quickly adapting to changing priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who has great communication skills and attention-to-detail, ensuring that all parts and equipment is available for the work required and that all records are completed and correctly maintained.
**Key parts of the role and responsibilities**
- Accurate and effective scheduling of external technicians, as well as ensuring they have the skills, parts, and equipment to complete the work.
- Work with customers to keep them updated on appointments and follow-up work.
- Liaise with our clients and internal teams to ensure they are also kept updated, as well as any issues with appointments or access.
- Reviewing details from completed visits, identifying where a further visit, or other action may be required, as well as updating systems, as needed.
- Contributing new ideas as part of our continuous improvement across our solutions and services
**Working Pattern**
The working pattern for this role is full time (37 hours) on a two weekly working pattern that is fixed.
You will work 4 days per week across Monday-Saturday.
