We are looking for an experienced, multi-skilled Property Maintenance person to work for our Property Letting and Building Management business. Your day-to-day role will be to undertake various repairs and maintenance works on a number of tenanted properties and managed buildings as directed by the Property Managers.

You will be responsible for an initial small team of 2/3 and work with them to plan regular contracted works alongside reactive maintenance across our portfolios.

These properties are situated across the North-East and as part of this role, you will have use of a work van during working hours.

Maintenance Worker Requirements
- Full UK driving license
- Proven maintenance experience/technical qualification

Experience including:
Basic repairs

Painting/decorating

Basic plumbing/electrical

Basic woodwork/joinery

Cleaning

Garden maintenance

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

Attention to detail.

Good communication skills

Strong time management skills

Professional attitude

This is a role which requires a reliable, hardworking individual who is looking to establish themselves as a key member of a team in a growing and developing business.

Experience: Maintenance, 3 years (required)
