**Job Title: Accounts Supervisor**
**Location: Flint**
**Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Oversee Daily Transactions**:

- Manage purchase ledger, sales ledger, and general ledger activities.
- Handle payment processing in multiple currencies.
- Supervise credit control processes.

2. **Ledger Management**:

- Manage customer and supplier ledgers in various currencies.
- Oversee the nominal ledger and ensure accurate recording.

3. **Bank Account Management**:

- Manage and reconcile bank accounts.
- Monitor daily performance of the accounting department.
- Ensure effective communication within the accounting team.

5. **Credit Card and Expenses Processing**:

- Supervise credit card and expenses processing.

6. **Policy and Procedure Establishment**:

- Establish accounting policies and procedures to enhance departmental efficiencies.
- Analyse and improve existing systems and processes.

7. **Flexibility**:

- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various tasks within the role.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- IT literacy, with advanced Excel skills.
- Accurate and timely data entry skills.
- High level of literacy and numeracy.
- SAPB1 experience desirable but not essential.
- AAT or similar qualification or QBE.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
- 6% employer contribution towards the NEST pension.
- 23 days holiday, with an additional 1 day per year after 2 years of service (up to a maximum of 27 days).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
