**The Local Care** based in Fleetwood and we have been providing a range of care and support services for our service users with a variety of needs in their homes for over 25 years. We’re seeking to recruit some great new care assistants; people with the right values and behaviours to work alongside our exceptional team - could this be you?

The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. Our service users are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. However, duties may include some support with personal care needs, medication support, light domestics, gardening, dog walking as well as help to access the community, attend medical appointments, shopping trips and social occasions.
